Both the MBB-1600 manual, and the MBC-1803 automatic stroke PRECISION HONE and TOOL. Machine offer Consistent bore sizing and finish.

PRECISION HONE and TOOL. combines the speed of internal grinding with the accuracy of lapping. Stock is removed first from any high spots in the bore while low spots are bridged by the honing stone until all "peaks" are leveled off. Surface finishes are accurately controlled by the size of the grains used in the stones.

The PRECISION HONE and TOOL. Process combines precision with economy. It's widespread acceptance throughout the industry is proof that "Today's tolerances and finishes call for Honing"

Tolerances of Plus or Minus .0002" can be held on Most Honing applications
